Please be advised that it may be necessary to install changes to the system of selecting media to participate in the coverage of the handover events scheduled over the next three days.

Unless members of the media are able to decide amongst themselves which organisations should be allocated slots in the pools for the events, then it will be necessary to adopt a lottery system for each of the events.

We would therefore urge the accredited media to be present, or to send a representative to the meetings which will be held from 9:00 am to 15:00 pm at the conference room on the 9th floor of the Press and Broadcasting Centre in the Zhu Kuan Building to resolve the question of participation.
